PLANNING, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPLEMENTATION

Once clear needs and requirements are defined and a project scope developed the technical planning of the project is commenced. Technology design and then development of one or more implementing RFP begins; this is followed by administration of the bid process, evaluation of bids with recommendations, contract development after award assures compliance with the work anticipated by the RFP and a vendor becomes retained. Further supervision of the vendor occurs at the requirements of the contract are met and or as guidance may be need to obtain the compliance of the vendor with the contract.

CUSTOMIZED TECHNOLOGY IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY

We work with the client to establish a comprehensive process of examining the governmental unit requirements, needs, and potential for upgraded or new technology devices and/or systems. Each project includes the elements identified in the section What We Do. Once a client has worked with us to define the scope and elements of a project, our staff becomes the client’s staff for carrying out the project.

We have a very wide range of types of technology projects conducted for governmental entities; all types of technology systems; all network and telecommunications environments; diverse computer systems and operating software environments; and a significant range of scale and diversity of organizations -- small, medium, and large.

Our experience includes technical operations, financial operations, general administration, and many specialized units of government.
